Nosy Be is now a safe zone

Nosy Be has been removed from the orange zone by the Malagasy and French government. The peak tourism season is near and the hotels and lodges have received an increasing number of bookings. This is the result of the efforts of the government and the tourism operators as Nosy Be remains the main beach destination for Madagascar ahead Sainte Marie.
According to the Chairman of the National Tourism Board, the arrival at the Malagasy fontier should rise up by 7 to 8%.
It has also been noticed that CorsairFly and Air Madagascar have put more flights to Tana.
