Madagascar presidential election: second round

The electoral campaign for the second round ended yesterday by a public debate between the two candidates, Robinson Jean Louis and Hery Rajaonarimampianina.
During this tough debates at the national TV, both candidates have expressed the importance of forgiveness, the rule of law and the aims to develop Madagascar through a good governance.

The electoral campaign was an occasion for many to express their opinions after a 4 year of tough repression toward to oppositions parties.

In spite of these years of instabilities, tourists kept coming to experience the wildlife safari and to relax at the beaches of Madagascar. But the degradation of the environment was very tangible because of the illegal exploitation of the natural ressources and also its exportations to the Asia. All the Malagasy people are very much concerned to have a peaceful end of the transitional government. The vote will take place tomorrow 20 December 2013.

In any case, Madagascar remains the most attractive destination in the Indian Ocean for nature lovers and adventurers.
